Just to be clear, as I’ve said before, you really shouldn’t have sugar / sweet desserts all that much. I admire those who have kicked the sugar habit completely – I’m totally convinced that their bodies are much healthier, and will be for much longer, than someone like me who indulges now and then. I loved the idea of good pudding but teh Dr stuff is out of stock , so I thought why not ask if any body has a SCRATCH receipe for pudding and Jello that is healthy and nutritious and TASTY. I have used the beef gelatiun for jello but I can’t get a good flavor so far.I use only stevia or Xylitol or agave for sweetener.
