Thanks for the great links, Kelly! Especially the one about cooking grass-fed beef. We are fortunate to have a local source of high-quality grass-fed beef, and we get a huge assortment of cuts all for $5/lb – even tons of steaks! We love steak, but we did have to learn to baby it a bit when cooking it to get the best results. Thanks for the extra tips!
