This Italian Herb Cheese Dip is so flavorful, and I love how nutritious it is, too. As much as I’m always trying to get more probiotics into the kids, I was kind of hoping they wouldn’t like this too much so there would be leftovers. They were all over it, though. 🙂

Yield 2 cups

For a good appetizer:
Heat your favorite organic pasta sauce and pour over the top of the dip. Use whatever dippers you’d like: crusty bread, organic crackers, or try the homemade soaked crackers recipe in Nourishing Traditions – they’re pretty easy and really good.
