Easy Peanut Butter Dip Recipe

February 10, 2008 · 0 comments

This recipe originally came from cdkitchen.com, but I cut the sugar in half and it’s still great! We like it with Granny Smith apples.

  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened (NOT low-fat)
  • 1 c. peanut butter (organic is best)
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar (I haven’t tried it with organic cane sugar yet, but will)
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 4 apples, sliced (organic)

Mix first 4 ingredients together until creamy, serve with apples. Enjoy!
