I was on TWO Podcasts Recently!
Hopefully you'd like something interesting to listen to over the weekend or as you get back into the groove next week (I love listening to podcasts when I'm out walking or doing laundry, etc.), because this week I was a guest on TWO separate podcasts to promote Real Food for Rookies, and I'd love to hear your comments about them! Both conversations were very different, so you'll get to hear a range of topics…
- If you've been into real food for very long, surely you've heard of my longtime blogging friend, Jimmy Moore, he and I have been blazing the real foodie trail together for several years now. The other day I was excited to chat with he and his sweet co-host, Dietitian Cassie. We talked a little about my book, but we also covered a few current news topics along with our strong opinions on them:

- The day after that, I got to have some girl-talk with my friend, Katie, the Wellness Mama! She's always so easy and fun to talk to, we have a lot in common: we're both real foodies and homeschooling Moms, and we're both Catholic, too! She's also been in on this movement for many years, so in the podcast we discuss my “food conversion” story and also:
The top ten foods to avoid and top ten foods to eat more of!

Thanks so much Katie & Jimmy, I love you guys!
Have you gotten my new book yet?!

Subscribed by email to your blog but when I see a mention of an article I want to read, I click through and don’t get to that article, just to your front page and I have to go searching for the topic you hooked me in with. Kinda annoying. Hope you can fix that. I think you just need a more specific link.

We purchased your book for the Lake Geneva Public Library in Wisconsin so that our community can check it out.
