If you read this post, you know that I was recently asked to be a Guest Columnist at CatholicMom.com. Last week Lisa was also sweet enough to ask me to record a little blurb for her podcast and you can listen to it here: CatholicMom.com podcast. (Note: it may take a few minutes to load.) I was a little nervous as I was recording it, I didn’t want to sound like a dweeb. My bit is about 4 minutes into it, but the rest of the podcast is interesting, too. Also be sure to check out Lisa’s blog!

  • Have you seen my other blog? I added a new post there today. (It will show up under the main page because I always re-date that post to keep it on top, since that topic is the main focus of the blog.)
  • Artificial coloring dangers / healthy popsicle alternatives
  • Have you seen these great deals on coconut oil?
  • Read about all the benefits of getting more coconut into your diet – great for dieting, eczema, lice, and much more. I use it to moisturize after being in the sun or on my legs after shaving.
  • (Many more topics & recipes along the right in the blue section!)

Recently I was asked to be a guest columnist at CatholicMom.com, which was exciting, since this is a site I have visited regularly for a long time. (I especially love the Mass worksheets – scroll down a bit at this link to find them.)

Jump over and take a look at the Kitchen Kop column there. If you’re a regular reader, you may have already seen some of the posts I’ll be featuring each week, but there will always be a new tidbit with it, often with a little more personal element added in relation to other Moms. Let me know what you think! And be sure to check out some of the other columnists there, too. :)
