You brought up a good point, this may seem like a lot of work finding a good farmer, and many people can just go by the recommendation of friends they trust. But this is good information to be aware of when you’re first looking around. You’re right though, once you get going, it’s easy. Our biggest issue these days is running out of milk each week!
