Nutrition Consultations By Phone

We’ll go on a “virtual tour” through your pantry and refrigerator so I can help you weed out the “bad stuff” and teach you about reading labels and finding healthier options. We’ll also go over your past health struggles and personal goals so we can make a plan for moving forward. I’ll share the bumps in the road that my family has gone through as we’ve slowly switched over to a more whole foods/traditional foods diet. You really can raise healthy, content, well-behaved kids or finally feel better no matter your age!

Kitchen Consultations

Kitchen consultations are similar to the nutrition consultations described above, but for local readers I can come right into your kitchen for an in-person, one-on-one, informal meeting to go over all of the above and answer any specific questions you might have. Don’t worry, your pantry and refrigerator can’t look any worse than mine used to!
