Welcome and PLEASE read below before you link up as this is a REAL FOOD carnival, and very different from others you may have joined in on.
I LOVE WEDNESDAYS!
It’s that crazy time of the week when you entice us with your links and comments to go check out your blogs and your great REAL FOOD WEDNESDAY tips and ideas or recipes! (Visit that link if you’re new and want to learn more about this blog carnival.) Remember, if you’re a blogger, you’ll draw some good traffic to your site by participating! (This is how I built up my traffic in the beginning, and don’t miss my tips below.)
CAN YOU HELP? (6 rules and tips!) (Note: here’s where those of you who are new will want to read carefully, thank you!)
1. It’s not easy for me to catch them all on my own, and I’d really like everyone to play fair, so if you see any posts that don’t link back to this post (blog carnival etiquette you know!), can you email me please? Kelly@KellytheKitchenKop.com. If you don’t know how, I explain it at this REAL FOOD WEDNESDAY link. (I hate playing hardball and removing links, so let’s all be good to the others who are bringing more traffic to your blogs with their links by doing the same, OK?)
2. Also, PLEASE let me know if you see a recipe posted that is blatantly not Real Food. Someone who is striving and on the journey is one thing (as we all are), but if it’s really bad (canned bread, meat substitutes, Velveeta, margarine/vegetable oil, Egg Beaters, unfermented soy/tofu or any other fake food), please tell me so I can remove it. (If I’ve removed your post, I hope there are no hard feelings, but people come to this post for Real Food ideas, and I don’t want to disappoint.)
3. I hope you’ll retweet and stumble this post and also any sites you visit – this will get more exposure to all of us, thank you!
4. Please don’t link up to your post where you’re writing about something as an affiliate if I’m already an affiliate for the same thing, OK? That includes giveaway posts. (Thank you for understanding!)
5. Want more traffic at your blog? if you’re linking up and hoping for more traffic to your blog, can I make a suggestion for how to boost your traffic? Besides just adding your link to the Mr. Linky doohicky, if you also comment and include just ONE interesting sentence to grab the readers attention AND a link to that specific post, you’ll get more hits for sure, at least from me anyway. I don’t often have time to go through every single link (although I know a lot of people do), but one thing I always do is read the comments. If there’s a sentence that grabs my interest AND a link to get me there easily, I’m much more apt to visit!
6. Don’t have a blog? We still want to hear from you! Please leave your tips or recipes in the comments.
Thank you!
You’re up, and we can’t wait to see your stuff!

I’m honored to host a guest post today from whom I think I figured out my stock gel problem, which has to do with my bad habit of forgetting I’ve started something on the stove…
Thanks for hosting, Kel!

Thanks for hosting. I’m still playing with acorn flour. This week, I came up with a very simple tart made from acorn, which I think will make a perfect dessert for Thanksgiving day.
Thanks for hosting. My post this week is about how in the DVD, The Oiling of America, Sally Fallon Morell and Dr. Mary Enig expose myths about cholesterol and grassfed animal fat. It’s a great video!
Another Great Benefit from Grassfed Animal Fat
Stan – I have this DVD, can’t wait to watch it!!
Lydia, it is beyond good! It is so comforting to know that our way of eating is solidly supported by real science, while the official view is supported only by junk science, fraud, deception, and greed. The genius of this video is that Sally makes it so easy to understand, so clear.
Hello Real Food Wednesday!
Thank you for hosting us Kelly. This week I’m sharing a recipe for Gluten- Free Sourdough Sticky Buns – topped with a mixture of butter, whole cane sugar, maple syrup, and pecans. They’re so indulgent that I only serve them on the most special occasions!

Hi Kelly,
I shared three a post about a very dubious ingredient in our food supply, another about how I almost killed myself
eating something in the wild , and finally one on why it’s a great idea to start making homemade yogurt .
Thanks for hosting!
Hi Kelly. I posted an interview and review with a food based skin care company that I found. I guess they are the only one in the world that is 100% food based. The owner/founder has an awesome story about how she got started. My second post is pt 3 in our series on Fat Lies (this one is about conspiracy theories)

Today I’m sharing my recipe for Lettuce Wraps with Herbed Chicken Salad & Pecans. It’s one of my favorite things to eat, and this is coming from a girl who use to HATE chicken salad. It’s amazing how the real food version of something can totally change your mind and win you over to it’s deliciousness!

Wasn’t the conference awesome?
I finally posted a comprehensive page about fluoride and acne (aka fluoroderma). It contains a fluoroderma questionnaire, a pocket guide to fluoride sources, a fluoroderma fact sheet for healthcare providers, and more. I’ll be posting my free e-book there in a few days, too. I’ve linked to a recipe for Turkey Cutlets on Kale with Mushroom Sauce. It’s seasonal, easy, delicious and I made the whole thing in less than 30 minutes.
I posted a link to a reinvented CRANBERRY Sauce recipe right in time for Thanksgiving! I used maple syrup instead of the white sugar I see in every recipe and ginger instead of citrus, another popular ingredient. It’s a simple and delicious spin on a seasonal staple and I hope you’ll give it a try for your Thanksgiving Cranberry Sauce! Thanks for hosting, Kelly.
Hi, Kelly! Noticing my daughter / son in law didn’t leave a comment for their link up I thought I would mention it here myself.

I love being able to easily use the leftovers from one meal to create another later in the week. Making Cream of Potato Soup allows me to later make a Turkey Pot Pie.
Hi Kelly, Opps, enter my info wrong above, so a redo / duplication of sorts.
Been some time participating here or blogging.
My last post was on fish stock http://seedsofnutrition.com/?p=7218 how nutrient rich it is for us. And with the flu / cold season upon us a good stock to sip on.
This week’s post on my Holistic Psychiatry blog is about a 6.5 year old boy, Ganesh, with severe autism. This post is the beginning of a series of posts about GAPS and autism and Ganesh’s treatment and progress, as well as issues raised by his case.

Bloggers- Please show sympathy to Californians and don’t post recipes this week with milk or cream! The state has taken away our raw milk!!
I usually LOVE Wednesdays and the chance to discover your blogs and amazing recipes, but today anything with milk or cream in it just makes me sad. I have three half gallon containers of milk left and I am doling it out like a prison warden. And if someone should spill their portion, even though your not supposed to cry over spilt milk, I probably would. Really. I would!!

Thanks again, Kelly! I am always glad to come here and see what everybody is working on! This week I linked to my post on make ahead biscuits made with sprouted flour and heavy cream. They are perfect for Thanksgiving because they are fast, easy (no butter to cut in), can be made the day before, and best of all they taste great. As I put the post together THREE kids dropped by the computer to ask if I would make these tonight because they liked testing them so much!

I read this when it came through the other day and last on the list was an item on olive leaf extract, so I saved it and went back to read it again and it wasant there? or was I dreaming I saw it? where did it go?
