It’s that crazy time of the week when you entice us with your links and comments to go check out your blogs and your great REAL FOOD WEDNESDAY tips and ideas or recipes! (Visit that link if you’re new and want to learn more about this blog carnival.) Remember, if you’re a blogger, you’ll draw some good traffic to your site by participating! (This is how I built up my traffic in the beginning.)
CAN YOU HELP?
1. It’s not easy for me to catch them all on my own, and I’d really like everyone to play fair, so if you see any posts that don’t link back to this post (blog carnival etiquette you know!), can you email me please? Kelly@KellytheKitchenKop.com. If you don’t know how, I explain it at this REAL FOOD WEDNESDAY link. (I hate playing hardball and removing links, so let’s all be good to the others who are bringing more traffic to your blogs with their links by doing the same, OK?)
2. Also, PLEASE let me know if you see a recipe posted that is blatantly not Real Food. Someone who is striving and on the journey is one thing (as we all are), but if it’s really bad (canned bread, meat substitutes, Velveeta, margarine, Egg Beaters, unfermented soy or any other fake food), please tell me so I can remove it. (If I’ve removed your post, I hope there are no hard feelings, but people come to this post for Real Food ideas, and I don’t want to disappoint.)
3. I hope you’ll retweet and stumble this post and also any sites you visit – this will get more exposure to all of us, thank you!
4. Don’t have a blog? We still want to hear from you! Please leave your tips or recipes in the comments.
Thank you!
You’re up, and we can’t wait to see your stuff!

Thanks for hosting, Kelly!
I’m sharing my tips for smoother weeknight dinners meal planning.
I am sharing a fast and easy dinner for busy nights : a frittata. Since all the veggies and herbs came from my garden and the free-range eggs were a gift from a friend it was a frugal meal too. Thanks for hosting.
Thanks again for this carnival day! I’ve shared my recipe for easy, GAPS-legal, low allergen chicken broth that gels so thick I have to spoon it out of the jar–every time.
Thanks so much for hosting! This is my first time posting here. I shared a nourishing Homemade Fudgesicle recipe. There’s nothing like a creamy, REAL fudgesicle on a hot summer day
Thanks again.
This week I am sharing a recipe for a raw vegetable salsa made with Vidalia onions. Great with grassfed meat.
When was the last time a stranger invited you over? It happened to me recently, so I shared the story, along with a great recipe for Almond Pasta Salad with fresh veggies.

My recipe is Chicken, green bean & squash stir fry. The green beans are from my garden and the squash is from our CSA and any veg that you have on hand could easily replace the beans and squash.
Thanks for hosting.

Recipe #46 uses red dye for brownies. IIRC red dye is linked to cancer. I know there are natural recipes out there using beets if you want something ‘red velvet’. Or just skip it!!
You were one of many who let me know about this, thank you!
I posted about homemade fudgesicles – without using boxed pudding.
This week on my blog, I’m discussing the amazing health benefits of Wheatgrass how to grow it, cultivate it and use it for maximum health and vitality. Wheatgrass is not only very nutrient dense, but it also acts like an internal detergent and rids your body of toxins accumulated from any processed foods, etc that you may have eaten in the past as well as other environmental chemicals.
Enjoy!!
I’m sharing a link to my experience on GAPS stage 3 and my spaghetti squash recipe. Thanks!
Hi all this week I continue testing out some lacto-fermented beverages, and I blog about the punch recipe in Nourishing Traditions.
Number #44 is using Betty Crocker gluten free cake mix. I dont’ that that equals real food. Too bad, I liked on gluten free bars hoping for a great recipe. Tried to find your email to send this privately but couldn’t find it.
I posted about a rainbow slaw that I whipped up in a jiffy so that I wouldn’t have to slave over a hot kitchen! Somehow when the temp goes over 100 degrees, I start searching for no cook options!
I know that people have different views on alcohol as a traditional food, but we imbibe here and have no plans to change in the near future. Plus, alcohol is a great way to preserve foods and extract compounds, as in herbal tinctures and (real) flavored extracts. I shared my recipe for drunken cherries, which is cherries preserved in liquor.
Thanks for hosting, Kelly! This week I linked to my post about the pecan price increases. See you!
Have lots of summer zucchini? Why not make a nourishing zucchini bread? Grain free, and dairy free too, moist and delicious!
Thanks always for hosting, Kelly! I am sharing my grain-free ginger cookies as well!
Thanks for hosting. I linked my post about trans fats.
Feeling sluggish? Is your busy schedule wearing you down? Discover renewed energy and vitality with wheatgrass. Check it out!!
Fabulous blog, Kelly. Thanks for hosting!
