It’s that crazy time of the week when you entice us with your links and comments to go check out your blogs and your great REAL FOOD WEDNESDAY tips and ideas or recipes! (Visit that link if you’re new and want to learn more about this blog carnival.) Remember, if you’re a blogger, you’ll draw some good traffic to your site by participating! (This is how I built up my traffic in the beginning.)
CAN YOU HELP?
1. It’s not easy for me to catch them all on my own, and I’d really like everyone to play fair, so if you see any posts that don’t link back to this post (blog carnival etiquette you know!), can you email me please? Kelly@KellytheKitchenKop.com. If you don’t know how, I explain it at this REAL FOOD WEDNESDAY link. (I hate playing hardball and removing links, so let’s all be good to the others who are bringing more traffic to your blogs with their links by doing the same, OK?)
2. Also, PLEASE let me know if you see a recipe posted that is blatantly not Real Food. Someone who is striving and on the journey is one thing (as we all are), but if it’s really bad (canned bread, Velveeta, margarine, Egg Beaters, unfermented soy or any other fake food), please tell me so I can remove it. (If I’ve removed your post, I hope there are no hard feelings, but people come to this post for Real Food ideas, and I don’t want to disappoint.)
3. I hope you’ll retweet and stumble this post and also any sites you visit – this will get more exposure to all of us, thank you!
4. Don’t have a blog? We still want to hear from you! Please leave your tips or recipes in the comments.
Thank you!
You’re up, and we can’t wait to see your stuff!

Hi Kelly,
Thanks for hosting! This week I’m sharing a great use for leftover spaghetti….Spaghetti Garlic Crostini. It’s a family favorite here!!
Thanks for hosting, Kelly! My post this week is about the differences between natural, unrefined sea salt and industrial salt. Natural salt contains trace minerals and other nutrients. And it tastes so much better!
Hi Kelly, I linked a recipe for some slaw along with a discussion of phenol sensitivity, which is more common in people with neurological and autoimmune disorders. It can drag down your immune system and increase allergic responses.
Hi there! I went to my first food swap over the weekend, and it was a dream come true. Gourmet homemade treats, and other people just like myself. I came home with soup, greens, preserves, a butternut squash, adn more. But the best part was connecting with like minds. It was a dream come true, so much fun!
Hi Kelly! Thank you so much for hosting Real Food Wednesday, and for everything else you do for real food.
The mainstream media (well, in SF and Boston!) have started providing coverage of the ridiculous lengths to which the FDA is going to enforce its questionable interstate raw milk bans. And Ron Paul continues to be a friend to small farmers and food freedom.
I feel like the tides are starting to shift!
Hi Kelly,
I shared my delicious Banana Coconut Cream Dessert and two articles — one about how the Dietetic Association is trying to takeover control of all nutritionists. I hope people read it and sign the petition!
Hi Anna D here. Sorry, my first time here and instead of the link name I put my own, how stupid of me, and it is a Homemade Sourdough Sweet and Sour Bread with Caraway Seeds
Is there a way to repost? Thanks

A sad story is shared by a grass based dairy farmer on my blog today. We all should know of the struggles of those who provide us healthy food. Please check it out!
After veggies, what is the next best carb source? I raise this question in the post I submitted today with a hint at what I may think is the answer even though I eat primal.
Today’s post is more about exercise than food… but I noticed that all these triathletes eat fake food during the race…. I had coconut ghee with my pastured eggs, fresh spinach and real food and was very pleased with how much energy I had to do the race! Thanks for hosting, Kelly!
Thanks for hosting! I look forward to seeing all the great ideas and recipes everyone shares. Blessings, ~LIsa

Thanks for hosting, Kelly. Today I linked up a post on a family favorite recipe for baked chicken. It’s started on the stove top and finished in the oven. The chicken turns our wonderful – moist and delicious every time.

Hey Kel ~ Thanks again for hosting! I am doing a series on how to ditch processed foods and this week I am covering the topic of fats -which to ditch and which to switch to!
