It’s that crazy time of the week when you entice us with your links and comments to go check out your blogs and your great REAL FOOD WEDNESDAY tips and ideas or recipes! (Visit that link if you’re new and want to learn more about this blog carnival.) Remember, if you’re a blogger, you’ll draw some good traffic to your site by participating! (This is how I built up my traffic in the beginning.)
CAN YOU HELP?
1. It’s not easy for me to catch them all on my own, and I’d really like everyone to play fair, so if you see any posts that don’t link back to this post (blog carnival etiquette you know!), can you email me please? Kelly@KellytheKitchenKop.com. If you don’t know how, I explain it at this REAL FOOD WEDNESDAY link. (I hate playing hardball and removing links, so let’s all be good to the others who are bringing more traffic to your blogs with their links by doing the same, OK?)
2. Also, PLEASE let me know if you see a recipe posted that is blatantly not Real Food. Someone who is striving and on the journey is one thing (as we all are), but if it’s really bad (canned bread, Velveeta, margarine, Egg Beaters, unfermented soy or any other fake food), please tell me so I can remove it. (If I’ve removed your post, I hope there are no hard feelings, but people come to this post for Real Food ideas, and I don’t want to disappoint.)
3. I hope you’ll retweet and stumble this post and also any sites you visit – this will get more exposure to all of us, thank you!
4. Don’t have a blog? We still want to hear from you! Please leave your tips or recipes in the comments.
Thank you!
You’re up, and we can’t wait to see your stuff!

I shared a great recipe for lamb chops in a video, one of my favorite foods for depression. This is a great time of year to shop for deals on lamb at your local grocery store. To boot, commercial lamb is basically grass fed.
Hi Kelly, thank you for hosting. I’m sharing a great spring recipe made from forage – a meat rub made from roasted dandelion roots. It’s sort of smokey and deep, and altogether tasty.
I linked up a guest post from nutritionist Julie Matthews about different diets to help with autism. Seventy percent of kids improve with dietary intervention!

Thanks Kelley!

I’d love if you were able to stop by sometime this week. I’m a Real Food blogger (though not traditional foods). I’m aimed at helping families to get off the SAD (standard american diet) of processed foods and eating out…and help that cooking from scratch & eating REAL food doesn’t have to be scary. Have a great week!!
My “prepper” friends tell me I need to be storing food. But I don’t like that freeze-dried blech they sell, so I developed a plan of my own.
Thanks for hosting again! Hungarian meatballs got my name all over them!
Hey Kelly thanks for hosting, I just added New Zealand’s national dish, white bait fritters, simple, nourishing and oh so fresh is how they make em. Unfortunately I have to use silver-fish as a substitute, which any good Kiwi will tell you is NOT anything close to white bait–to be honest they look the same to me ;op Hope there aren’t any real Kiwi’s reading this…I am just a wanna be Kiwi….

I am looking forward to getting back out there this week! I posted a how-to for perfectly hard boiled eggs with not green but golden creamy yolks that DON’T suck the moisture from your mouth! Basic skill, I know, but valuable none the less. Thanks, Kelly!
I made certain dietary changes only a few days before the Holiday weekend, and after all the menu planning had been done. See how I turned things around to make it a much healthier experience, still enjoyed myself, and lost 5 pounds that week.
Here’s some inspiration when you feel like you aren’t getting ANYWHERE in your weight-loss/health journey!

Contributing a cheeseball recipe. It’s to die for!!
I’m sorry, Kelly, mine’s on there twice b/c I tried to fix the fact that I forgot to add the recipe name at first — so the first “The Mommy Earth” one (#89) I wanted to delete but couldn’t. Anyway, I posted a recipe for Chicken Rice Soup, linked correctly at #91.
After an unusually warm April Wed (mid 80s in northern VT!), I was in the mood for a cool, refreshing and substantial milkshake. Raw milk with sweet potatoes, maybe a bit of ginger is just the thing. Whatever you have left, goes into popsicle molds in the freezer for the tastiest creamsicles once summer really arrives. Loving real food!
Unfortunately I’m thinking the Dark Chocolate Cake using Hellmann’s mayo (#92) probably isn’t really a good fit here …
Maybe if it used real, homemade, olive oil/coconut oil, lacto-fermented mayo
Thank you so much for hosting! I’m linking up a Tropical Traditions Giveaway for Certified Organic Raw Honey–it’s so delicious!
I shared my recipe for Leftovers Lentil Salad using roast wild pork and my own homemade feta. Looking forward to checking out the others!

Thanks to Amber from The Mommy Earth blog for her post about Chicken Rice soup, which also reminded me of Real Food Wednesday! Love this Link up!
