It’s that crazy time of the week where you entice us with your links and comments to go check out your blogs and your great REAL FOOD WEDNESDAY tips and ideas! (If you’re a blogger, you’ll draw some good traffic to your site…)
First, can you help?
1. It’s not easy for me to catch them all on my own, and I’d really like everyone to play fair, so if you see any posts that don’t link back to this post (blog carnival etiquette you know!) , can you email me please? Kelly@KellytheKitchenKop.com. (I hate playing hardball and removing links, so let’s all be good to the others who are bringing more traffic to your blogs with their links by doing the same, OK?)
2. Also, PLEASE let me know if you see a post that is blatantly not Real Food. Someone who is striving and on the journey is one thing (as we all are), but if it’s really bad (canned bread, Velveeta, margarine, Egg Beaters, unfermented soy or any other fake food), please tell me so I can remove it. (If I’ve removed your post, I hope there are no hard feelings, but people come to this post for Real Food ideas, and I don’t want to disappoint.)
3. I hope you’ll retweet and stumble this post and also any sites you visit – this will get more exposure to all of us, thank you!
4. Don’t have a blog? We still want to hear from you! Please leave your tips or recipes in the comments.
Thank you!
You’re up, and we can’t wait to see your stuff!

I had a friend who was telling me that she felt badly that she didn’t know about GMO’s and it got me thinking, that until a few years ago, I didn’t know either. My post this week is about why we didn’t know (and why so many people still don’t know) Happy Wednesday.

Now that Thanksgiving is past us, I’m past to everyday food:) This week, it’s spicy carrot mash (basically, a simple Indian carrot halwa). So many good looking recipes already this morning.
Chicken stock! I made my first batch of homemade chicken stock and loved it! It was easier than I had anticipated it to be. I will definitely be making more of it!!
Hi Kelly!
This week I’m linking to a post I did on a super-easy and TASTY way to prepare wild salmon (or other types of fish) – cooking it in parchment paper with lots of veggies and good fats. I can’t go wrong with this recipe in my home, and I hope your readers enjoy!

I love this opportunity to share recipes. I posted a soup we’ve really been enjoying with lentils, kale, and leeks and of course, mineral rich bone broth.

I entered my version of a pumpkin custard, inspired by Food Renegade’s blog last Friday!
This week I posted a recipe for Grain-Free “Sunday Morning” crepes. I made them with coconut flour, eggs, and arrorwroot! They’re totally gluten/grain-free and the whole family (even my 2-yo son) loved them.
If you haven’t caught my post from earlier this week called “The Candy Diet” now is the time to read it! This is the first of many posts that will blow the whistle on prevailing diet and weight loss myths.
I just realized I posted just my name and website up there by accident – Sorry!!! You can delete link 39.
So many yummy links! Can’t wait to start reading.
I linked a Brown Butter Blondie Recipe. Thanks for hosting Kelly! Great site!
After several flops I was able to make some soaked banana bread in my bread machine. Now if I could only figure out pumpkin bread in my machine…
I wrote a post about how to figure out how much exactly you’re paying per pound of cooked beans (especially helpful when you’re buying the cheaper dried beans), and also to help you figure out how much you’re paying per gram of protein. I hope you find this chart useful!
Joel Salatin’s new book The Sheer Ecstasy of Being a Lunatic Farmer is a really inspiring read. I learned so much from it and posted some of my favorite bits, hope you enjoy them!
