This week, I’ve got another recipe from my foraging adventures – yucca pesto. Yucca flowers have a really nice flavor somewhere between asparagus and artichoke. If they’re abundant where you live, it’s a food worth seeking out. I had no problem collecting a full bag of yucca flowers in five minutes.
This week I’m sharing a recipe for Organic New York Cheesecake. It was my first time making cheesecake – we had a lot of family in town for Sean’s HS graduation – and it turned out really well.
