This week, I’ve got another recipe from my foraging adventures – yucca pesto. Yucca flowers have a really nice flavor somewhere between asparagus and artichoke. If they’re abundant where you live, it’s a food worth seeking out. I had no problem collecting a full bag of yucca flowers in five minutes.

This week I’m sharing a recipe for Organic New York Cheesecake. It was my first time making cheesecake – we had a lot of family in town for Sean’s HS graduation – and it turned out really well.

My post this week is about following the old tradition of getting several meals from the Sunday roast. This has really helped my family get more delicious meals from one piece of grassfed meat.

I finally got to use some of the traditional cream cheese which just seems to get forgotten in my fridge! There’s also material on making cream cheese and some raw milk linking.

Shalom Kelly, today’s post is a recipe for Red Potato Salad with Lemon Dressing, which has a lighter dressing taste. If you want an extra ‘zing’, make sure to add even more lemon juice.

Thank you for hosting!

So many good ideas. I love it. Thanks for what you do. My post is about taste. Everyone thinks Healthy=Tastes Bad. I’d like to see that change…and maybe the best way is to stop calling foods “Healthy!”
