Wonder why you should bother joining in on a blog carnival?

Read the cute comment from Charles in the comments at Monday’s post:
“About your offer to stumble, tweet, etc. Kristen did that for me this past Friday and let me tell you: the response has been OVERWHELMING! And it has not died down yet! You gals at Real Food Media ROCK! Have a great week and happy blogging!”

My post is about the dangers of antibiotics in the foods we eat – meat and produce alike. There are some statistics about antibiotic use(both for medical and raising food) to illustrate how widespread this phenomenon is, as well as tips to avoid foods containing antibiotics. Thanks for Real Food Wednesdays, Kelly!

In this weeks post I identify several ways in which the progressive food movement is beginning to coalesce and gain strength. Recent developments such the release of 2 movies, more frequent health scares, and progress on the idea of Big Agriculture as working in opposition to America’s best interersts. Thanks for the carnival. I so appreciate it!
