    • If chicken liver my preferred way is fried…but you can .and make a soup with them to put over rice and a salad…if beef liver only way I know is fried with gravy and rice or gravy and potato plus vegetable

  1. Just FYI – your spanish rice recipe link goes to a pork loin recipe, not the spanish rice recipe… I noticed it in today’s post on mexican foods and came here to find the actual recipe, but this link is wrong too! :)

  2. Made stuffed bell peppers for the first time…not hard at all…I am a big whole foods and garden person so ingredients used came from my herb & vegetable garden, an Iowa farm, and whole foods, used 4-7medium bell peppers (picked fresh from a farm in Iowa and my garden),prepare 1/2 cup brown rice, boil browned 1 lb ground turkey breast – during middle of browning process drain any fat then add 1/2 c balsamic vinegar a whole medium onion chopped, 5 gloves of garlic, 1/4 c parsley- I used 1 bushy curly parsley from my herb garden, .-vegetables will soften as turkey continues to brown; now add 1 jar of tomato sauce (whatever you like) and 1/4 cup ketchup, add 1/8 tsp chili powder,1/2 tsp smoked paparika,1/4 tsp garlic powder & onion powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper seasonings can vary to your taste, I didn’t use salt if I did it would have been kosher salt, but season to your liking), let simmer, add rice and 1/2 cup parmesean cheese, now stuff peppers, top each pepper with a spread of ketchup with sprinkle of parmesean cheese on top…Bake 40 minutes covered w/foil in 325 degree oven…Take out let sit for 5 minutes before serving…Then enjoy
