Crispy Roasted Garlic Dipping Oil

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons ghee
  • 6 large heads of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cups Good quality olive oil or Avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1/8 cup Your favorite good quality balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian spice blend (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Instructions

  • Melt the ghee in a cast iron pan. Add the garlic and cook over medium until garlic is golden brown (stay close by to make sure it doesn't burn--it should take about 10 minutes).
  • Once browned and crispy, add olive oil and/or avocado oil, sea salt, and any of the optional ingredients.
  • You can either let it cool or serve it immediately with fresh beer bread.

These amounts are all super flexible!
