1/8cupYour favorite good quality balsamic vinegar (optional)
1TablespoonItalian spice blend (optional)
2TablespoonsParmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions
Melt the ghee in a cast iron pan. Add the garlic and cook over medium until garlic is golden brown (stay close by to make sure it doesn't burn--it should take about 10 minutes).
Once browned and crispy, add olive oil and/or avocado oil, sea salt, and any of the optional ingredients.
You can either let it cool or serve it immediately with fresh beer bread.
