Bruschetta Dip

This Bruschetta Dip recipe is easy too and so yummy for something a little different...

Ingredients

  • 2 16 oz. feta cheese
  • 1 block Boursin cheese, any flavor
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian seasonings
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (or 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1/4 cup your favorite olive oil (or more if needed)
  • 3 pints organic cherry tomatoes, rinsed and sliced
  • 2 handfuls chopped basil
  • Balsamic glaze for top
  • 6-8 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese for the top
  • 2 loaves french bread (or make your own sourdough version from the above recipe)
  • 1 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  • Slice the french bread and brush butter on both sides. (Sprinkle with some garlic powder if you'd like.) Bake on a baking sheet at 375* until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.
  • Crumble cheeses into bottom of a 9x13 glass dish or another serving dish
  • Sprinkle seasonings and then olive oil over the top.
  • Add the tomatoes and basil and more olive oil drizzle if desired or if it seems dry.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze all over the top along with the parmesan cheese.
  • Serve on the french bread toasts and enjoy!
