Bruschetta Dip
This Bruschetta Dip recipe is easy too and so yummy for something a little different...
- 2 16 oz. feta cheese
- 1 block Boursin cheese, any flavor
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasonings
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (or 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1/4 cup your favorite olive oil (or more if needed)
- 3 pints organic cherry tomatoes, rinsed and sliced
- 2 handfuls chopped basil
- Balsamic glaze for top
- 6-8 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese for the top
- 2 loaves french bread (or make your own sourdough version from the above recipe)
- 1 cup butter, melted
Slice the french bread and brush butter on both sides. (Sprinkle with some garlic powder if you'd like.) Bake on a baking sheet at 375* until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.
Crumble cheeses into bottom of a 9x13 glass dish or another serving dish
Sprinkle seasonings and then olive oil over the top.
Add the tomatoes and basil and more olive oil drizzle if desired or if it seems dry.
Drizzle balsamic glaze all over the top along with the parmesan cheese.
Serve on the french bread toasts and enjoy!
