Beat eggs into a dish with a flat bottom. Dip chicken breasts into the egg mixture and place into a buttered large baking dish
(or use parchment paper
). Mix together the Parmesan, garlic powder
, sea salt
, pepper, and herbs and crumble the mixture over the top of the chicken. (You could also just sprinkle these ingredients each on top separately.) Sprinkle a little more sea salt
and pepper over the top. Bake at 400* for 20-25 minutes until chicken is no longer pink inside.
