Beat eggs into a dish with a flat bottom. Dip chicken breasts into the egg mixture and place into a buttered
large baking dish (or use
parchment paper). Mix together the Parmesan,
garlic powder,
sea salt, pepper, and herbs and crumble the mixture over the top of the chicken. (You could also just sprinkle these ingredients each on top separately.) Sprinkle a little more
sea salt and pepper over the top. Bake at 400* for 20-25 minutes until chicken is no longer pink inside.
