Yogurt Cheese Dip

Serve this dip with crackers, crunchy bread, or your favorite veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt cheese (that link tells how to make it)--in a pinch you could also use cream cheese.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder or 3-4 cloves fresh minced garlic (add more to your taste)
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Fresh or dried herbs of your choice, depending on what you have on-hand: basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, parsley, etc.

Instructions

  • Mix together until smooth.  That's how easy it is to make yogurt cheese dip! Store in the refrigerator, you can make this ahead of time for a party or whatever.
