Homemade Strawberry Milkshakes

A perfect treat for a hot day! Try topping with fresh strawberries, if you're not a fan of cherries or whipped cream.

  • Blend 4 pastured egg yolks well – (I use my Bosch blender). Then add cream, your sweetener, strawberries, and the optional collagen and colostrum. Make sure to blend until strawberries and cream are nice and thick (about a minute or two).
  • Pour into glasses and add a dollop of whipped cream and a (real) cherry or extra strawberries on top if you'd like.
