I found this GEM of an article via @rnikoley on Twitter: Scientists now saying carbs, not fat, are the blame for America’s ills from the LA Times. YA THINK?! The tide is turning, Real Foodie friends, and the truth is getting out! Yesterday at a family Christmas party we were talking about this and the main thing that was brought up is one I hear ALL THE TIME: “How do you know who to believe? One minute butter is bad, the next minute butter is good for you?!” It’s a valid question for sure, and one I wrestled with early on…until I figured out my system for knowing who to believe.
