So how did you do with your March kitchen goal?
I bombed on all three of my goals. I didn’t get around to trying the donuts yet, I just stuck with my tried and true soaked bread recipe all month because I didn’t feel like messing with the sourdough for a while, and I can’t remember for sure what happened with the bread bowls, I seem to recall trying to change something in the recipe (who knows why I do such things) and they turned out like pancakes.
What’s up in your kitchen for April?
This month my only goal, kitchen or otherwise, is to finish up my online Rookie class! Oh wait, I do have one kitchen goal, it’s been on my list for a week, and it’s not even time consuming, but I just haven’t gotten to it yet (you know how that is): I want to put together Wardeh’s Homemade Herb Seasoning Salt – she says it’s super tasty and it packs an extra nutritional punch.
