Do you need to find ways to eliminate or lower your stress levels? Stress: Situational or Out of Your Control?
This past year I had more stress than ever (as you’ve all heard more about here at the blog than I’m sure you cared to!), but in my case it was situational. I just had to get through it and finish getting my Rookie Class up. With God’s help (and Kent stepping up big time like he always does for me), I finally did it! It taught me to never again bite off more than I can reasonably chew.
For others, stress is due to something out of your control, and you need to develop ways to handle it better so it doesn’t eat you alive. Maybe you need to learn more about forgiveness and letting things go? Others turn to prayer or use relaxation techniques.
How do you handle stress in your life?
