This Italian cheese appetizer recipe came from my friend, Amy D., and it's so good, sometimes I make it even when we're not going anywhere. Only TWO ingredients! Even though these two ingredients come in a box and a jar (I'm getting better all the time, but I'm not sure if I'll ever be completely away from that), they're still pretty healthy.
- 2 blocks of Boursin garlic cheese (I get it 3 to a package for $7 or $8 at Costco. It's much more expensive in grocery stores.)
- 1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
- Organic crackers, toasted french bread, or whatever you'd like to eat it with.
Place two blocks of Boursin garlic cheese on a buttered serving dish. Pour 1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce over the top. Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm with dippers of choice.
Can you believe how easy that is? You really won't believe how yummy it tastes!
