Want to get more organ meats into your diet?
If you’ve been a real foodie for long, then surely you know how nutritious organ meats are and you’d like to learn more, right?

“It is time once again for me to purchase 1/2 a side of beef from a friend of mine. This time, though, I want to be sure to get all the “good stuff” that comes with it. I already get the oxtail but was wondering about other items (more bones, fat, etc.) that I might ask for this time. Any suggestions?“
