My favorite would have to be the organic farming post I wrote as a guest poster
Seriously, I love all of your posts! I don’t always take the time to comment but I feel “in the know” when I read them.
I loved that post, too, Wendy!
Whoo! Those links and comments will keep me busy for a while!
I’m going nuts trying to find cheap coconut oil. I live in Canada so the shipping issue is a problem but I am scouring every site that sells it to see which is the cheapest (and hopefully avoid the hefty duties that usually come when buying across the border since prices are usually way cheaper in the US). It’s $80 a gallon shipped from the Canadian Nutiva site and I’m pretty sure it’s around the same price at the health food store.
Gads, that is messed up! Hopefully it’s not that expensive EVERY time you order something from Canada.
Great list and love supporting “REAL” food. I had to take Cod Liver as a kid – BLECHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH – I know it’s good for me, and now that they have pills, maybe one day I’ll start taking it again. =)
Keep in mind, though, that the oil tastes WAAAY better than it used to, at least the kind we take does!
Thanks so much for the mention, Kelly. Looking forward to spending 2011 with you exploring more real food topics!
Thank you for the thank you, Kelly. Your blog is a treasure, and I am so happy to send you all the traffic I can. Thank you so much for supporting real food, the Weston A Price Foundation, and sharing so much of yourself. May 2011 be your best year ever!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Kelly! Thanks so much for your lovely gift! It is wonderful of you to make available key articles about real food. I continuously use your articles to share with friends, family and coworkers. But now you made it even easier to retrieve past posts and I appreciate that they can be accessed in one place. It’s easy to share info after reading one of your post. I feel more confident to share about real food, health and nutrition and about the Weston Price Foundation, because you lend your common sense, humor and non-judgmental style. Your style is contagious and it rubs off on me. It keeps me from being perceived as a fanatic. I can listen more and not talk less because I know that I can follow up by sending one of your posts.
Thanks for keeping the joy in the journey, and for your kindness. You do a great job not assuming that everyone gets there at the same time or the same way.
MUCH APPRECIATION,
Peggy Swank
OOPS! Correction:I can listen more and not talk less should be…

Thanks for the mention!! Here’s to another great year spreading the news about real food!
