In your daily life are you constantly coming across very few people who know the truth about real food and healthy fats? Those who assume that the FDA Food Pyramid is right on? In my online Real Food circle I get excited thinking the truth is finally spreading, and it definitely is to some extent, we’re getting there! I received an email today from Julie at Cultures for Health and she had updates on some new products available. I thought you might like to hear about them! Not only does Julie have many food starters and books and all sorts of new items below for those wanting to eat a more traditional foods diet, but she gives GREAT customer service, too. I have first-hand experience with this since she’s had to repeatedly send me new starters after I’ve ruined yet another batch of whatever it may be. (This is not normal, it’s just a gift I have.)
