- WHAT A WEEKEND! You can read back through my Tweets and catch the pictures if you missed them throughout the weekend. I’ll be posting more in the coming days and weeks about the various talks I hit and what I learned.
- If you missed Ann Marie’s post recently on Real Food Wednesday (which is hosted at her blog again this week), be sure to check out her list of awesome Real Food podcasts, audio books, and MP3’s. I don’t get to keep up on all the things I’d like to since beginning this blog, but if I can do some of my computer work while listening to great podcasts on Real Food, then I’m all about this type of multi-tasking.
- I loved this post by Katie (who is normally found at her blog, Kitchen Stewardship, but this was written for www.CatholicMom.com), it’s called, Trust in the Promise of Your Meal Blessing. She offers a great answer to those trying to eat healthier who wonder how to do it all or afford it all.
- That’s all for today, I’m packing up now to head home from the conference!

Aw, thanks for spotlighting my Catholic Mom post, Kelly. It’s one of my favorite that I need to remind myself of, too! (It should be the same for blogging…there’s ALWAYS more to do!)
Katie
Kelly – thanks for the link to Katie’s post.
Katie – thanks for the article. I will now add the little “extra” prayer to ask the Lord to fill in the nutritional gaps when we have to serve a meal that isn’t the best it could be. I know that I (along with many others) am only able to make small changes at a time to get to the healthier lifestyle. Luckily, once to buy the cast iron skillet, it will last forever!
