Hi Kelly, I have been following your website for awhile. I am very disturbed to see all the information about soy being so bad for you! I am very concerned because I have 2 sons that have a very significant milk allergy. They don’t drink high levels of soy milk but they do drink it. Most of my kids had a milk allergy as babies and were on the soy infant formulas. The same 2 sons also have allergies to some fruits, peanuts and outdoor allergies. ( I have 7 kids) The kid’s pediatrician and allergist said the soy milk was fine for them. What have you heard in cases like this? Sorry to post this here, but I could not find a email address for you. Thanks, Amy
Yay! I’m excited to have won!
Regarding the milk allergy (above) we have a milk allergy in our family too. Ideally I water down coconut milk, but in a pinch I’ll use rice milk. I think that coconut milk is the best, and watered down it’s not so expensive. Rice isn’t ideal, but I believe it’s better than soy.
Just my opinion!
Car
Hi Amy,
I just responded to someone else at another post about this very thing – see the most recent comments here:

(p.s. I believe I would agree with Cara above. I love the idea of watered down coconut milk – so healthy!)
mmm coconut milk.
Congrats to the winners…
I was bummed to find there aren’t any stores that sell Zukay products in my state, do you happen to know of any other lacto-fermented salad dressing brands that one could try before splurging on a 4 or 6 pack of Zukay?
I’m sorry, I don’t. Try contacting the company and see what they suggest. Maybe they’ll know if they’ll be in your state soon…?
