Do you need ideas for more healthy meals for kids/babies? There are lots of ideas below. And if you’re a Mom, unless you’ve been given an extra spectacular gift from God, you’re kids are probably like mine and occasionally complain about the healthy food you feed them. Or if they are teens, then they probably complain a LOT. More about that below, too. (Grinds on your nerves doesn’t it? My Mom is probably loving all this right about now and enjoying the satisfaction, just like I will someday!)
I’ve got a whole list of posts below with ideas for Kid-Friendly Real Food – Healthy Food Kids Love, which is the topic for this week’s Real Food Wednesday blog carnival. It is being hosted by Ann Marie/”Cheeseslave” – be sure to check out more ideas there!

Hi Kelley, After reading your blogs I have really cut down on the amount of juice my kids drink and replaced it by having them drink organic whole milk. They do not like the taste of milk so I have been currently allowing Ovaltine in it. We only use 1/4 the recommended amount so we are not getting near the sugar content and they easily drink it now. I picked ovaltine because it had the least amt of ingred on the label at the store. However you mention you have your kids have natural chocolate syrup in theirs. What is that brand?
