Just fyi, the link to your exercise story is bad, didn’t make the transition apparently.
I’m a former runner. I wish I’d known more about Real Food and especially the need for saturated fat before I started training for my one and only marathon, the Vancouver International Marathon way back in 2003 I think it was. Can it really be 7 years ago? (It’s March 2010 as I write this.) Julia Ross told me to stop the training and I should have listened to her, it was too much for my body. I did complete the marathon (veerrry slowly) but it put me into adrenal fatigue. Still, it was a once-in-a-lifetime accomplishment and I feel proud to have made my goal, including my fundraising goal, as I trained with the National AIDS Marathon Training Program.
