If you’re at all familiar with the Weston A. Price Foundation, then there have probably been many times you’ve wished you could ask Sally Fallon a question. (President of the Weston A. Price Foundation.) At the following link, Nourished Magazine has posted nutrition questions with answers by Sally Fallon. You may want to read it in bits and pieces, as there are many topics covered, but I was able to read through them all in about a half hour – Sally tends toward short and sweet answers. (I notice the same thing when I e-mail her a question now and then, but I don’t mind, I’m just thankful she sends me a reply!)In case you don’t know, the following link answers the question, Who is Weston A. Price? Sally is also the author of two great nutrition books: Nourishing Traditions (a cookbook and informational book – so much info that I’ve had this book for years and still haven’t gotten through it all), and Eat Fat, Lose Fat, co-authored with Mary Enig (an expert on healthy fats). Both are on my recommended books list.

  • What’s so bad about Trans Fats?
  • Feeding & Caring for your Baby/Natural Mothering
  • Have you tried my Popcorn recipe yet?
  • I’m really not a Food Snob!
  • (Many more topics & recipes along the right in the blue section!)

Thanks for passing that Q&A along. Interesting reading.

I got your email from someone I know – who do you know from TC? Just curious.
