Hi!
So glad to have found you, you have already helped me quite a lot and I keep learning more!
I find meals quite difficult as i have Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, Ciliac (Casein allergy), Arthritis, Gout. this means lots of scrutinizing before the meal and meal prep at home and not trusting anyone to what I eat.
Granted, occasionally, I get away w/Dairy free food at a restaraunt if I’ve already got a salad dressing and my own butter but I just have not had the nerve to take it another step in restaraunts (I communicate w/server fairly well but have returned a meal from time to time (take supplement bars with me and don’t complain–I know it isn’t easy for the restaraunt people).
You have helped me so much in learning about food combinations and protein (still learning on that one). I’m thinking it would be a good idea to have a chart w/number of protein each day so I know I’ve been taking in a good amount of protein and not necessarily calories.
Thank you! Thank you!
